Assisted Living at Home

Our Assisted Living at Home Program is designed to help your loved ones continue to maintain their independence at home, for as long as possible. We provide comprehensive care with the appropriate oversight needed to ensure an optimal quality of life for loved ones living at home. Our care services could include (but are not limited to): meal preparation , laundering clothes/changing linens, supervising home improvements/repairs and caring for houseplants and pets.

Post Hospital & Rehab Care

Returning home from the hospital or a rehab can be daunting. This service allows temporary disabled adults to safely transition from a facility to home. Our post hospital and rehab care service is essential for anyone who is currently hospitalized or is in a rehab but planning to go back home safely.

Long Distance Caregiving

Being local and close to your someone in need is crucial when providing care. Our “long distance caregiving” services are perfect if you or their regular caregiver might be long distance - an hour or more away. We fill in the time and become the caregiver when someone is unable to.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Program

Our Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care Program is designed to create a nurturing environment for the individual affected by Dementia & Alzheimer’s. This service will be customized depending on the level of care your loved one requires.

Respite Care

We understand providing care to your loved ones can be fulfilling and rewarding but can at times be overwhelming. Our respite care provides temporary support to those who need it while, allowing you to regroup and sustain your own health and wellness.

Companionship

We understand social interaction and stimulation is important for your loved one’s mental health. Our companion services provide the unique special needs the eldery will need to stay sharp. These services are (but are not limited to): social outings and trips, playing games and cards, discussing current and historical events.
